Internet not working - working from home

Your signal levels are very good , thus it’s not the problem. Connect a pc in dhcp mode directly to the modem without your router and take a speed test in this configuration.

Home connection in Arlon - Again

Now it's recurrent, everyday there's a connection problem at my house. During the weekend, when it worked, the speed was 30.3Mbps /10.4Mbps. Tee contracted speed is 200mbps...I'm thinking on changing the provider because this is really bad service.

When will VOO offer 5G?

Hi , i'm a week new member of VOO , love the network but often have high ping. I hope this issue can be resolved? Also when will VOO costumers be able to use 5G ? I was roaming in Holland , befor i was mobile vikings , i had 5G in holland and with voo i do not.
